Sec. 09.08.01.14. Application for Licensure as Home Improvement Contractor

An application for licensure as a home improvement contractor, whether it is in the name of an individual, partnership, proprietorship, or corporation, may not be accepted, if the name under which the licensee will be trading is the same as the name being used by an existing licensee, or is so similar to the name being used by an existing licensee that it will cause confusion on the part of the public at large. This regulation shall apply prospectively only to new applications received as of July 1, 1974.
