All Boards, commissions, and agencies within the Maryland Department of Labor shall give appropriate consideration to possible environmental effects which may arise in conjunction with any Agency proposal or action. Environmental Assessment forms and Environmental Effects reports shall be used in the decision making process in compliance with standards established by the Department of Natural Resources.
