Marina Village Basin encompasses all of the area upstream and westerly of a line beginning at a point, at or near Lat. 38° 22.737’ N., Long. 75° 7.407’ W., then running 4° (True) to Ocean Pines Yacht Club Light 2, at or near Lat. 38° 22.973’ N., Long. 75° 7.385’ W., then running 3° (True) to a point, at or near Lat. 38° 23.076’N., Long. 75° 7.378’ W., then running 319° (True) to a point on shore, at or near Lat. 38° 23.217’ N., Long. 75° 7.532’ W. This area has a 6-knot speed limit all year.
