Sec. 08.07.01.05. Fishing

A. Except in a posted area, an individual may fish in the waters of a State forest for finfish, if the individual complies with the State fishing laws.

B. Permit.

(1) Fishing for other than finfish is by permit only.

(2) A permit may be issued by the Director.
