A. Zone A. A person may not enter the Potomac River for the purpose of recreational use in that portion of the Potomac River downstream of a line beginning at a point 200 yards above the crest of Aqueduct Dam at or near Lat. 39° 0.157' N., Long. 77° 14.850' W., then running 326° (True) to a point, at or near Lat. 39° 0.565' N., Long. 77° 15.197' W., and upstream of a line beginning at the base of Stubblefield Falls, at or near Lat. 38° 58.232' N., Long. 77° 11.458' W., then running 235° (True) to a point, at or near Lat. 38° 58.037' N., Long. 77° 11.822' W.

B. Zone B. A person may not enter the Potomac River for the purpose of recreational use in that portion of the Potomac River downstream of a line beginning at a point 100 yards above the crest of Dam No. 1 at or near Lat. 38° 57.003' N., Long. 77° 7.635' W., then running 253° (True) to a point, at or near Lat. 38° 56.925' N., Long. 77° 7.967' W. and upstream of the Maryland-District Columbia line, beginning at a point at or near Lat. 38° 56.256' N., Long. 77° 6.940' W., then running 225° (True) to a point, at or near Lat. 38° 55.478' N., Long. 77° 7.934' W.
