Sec. 08.04.13.05. Enforcement

A. An owner of a mooring found in violation of these regulations will be held responsible. The violation will be treated as any other violation of the Natural Resources Code and a citation issued.

B. The enforcement provisions in these regulations may not be exercised until 60 days after the promulgation of these regulations.
