Sec. 08.04.03.05. Certificate of Number

Latest version.

A. A person required to secure a certificate of number under 33 CFR §173.15 as amended shall submit to the Department an application for certificate of number and the required fee.

B. The Department shall collect the information required by 33 CFR §187 as amended.

C. Each certificate of number shall contain the information required by 33 CFR §174.19 as amended.

D. A vessel issued a Maryland certificate of number must be titled in Maryland.
