Sec. 08.01.07.16. Disorderly Conduct

An individual may not act in a disorderly manner on Chesapeake Forest Lands by:

A. Making loud and unseemly noises or profanely cursing, swearing, or using obscene language;

B. Indecently exposing their person or performing any indecent act;

C. Throwing missiles, to the annoyance of the public;

D. Interfering with, encumbering, obstructing, or rendering dangerous any public place;

E. Engaging in, instigating, or encouraging a confrontation or fight; or

F. Causing a disturbance of the public.
