Sec. 05.05.01.32. Affirmative Fair Housing Marketing Plan

Each project shall submit for review and approval by the Department an affirmative fair housing marketing plan in accordance with the requirements of the Program Guide. The Department shall monitor the projects compliance with the approved plan.
