Sec. 04.04.01.04. Maintenance of a List

Latest version.

A. Each unit shall keep current lists of:

(1) All State real property owned, controlled, or used by the unit for which keys are used to gain access;

(2) All employees who have been authorized to be given keys to the property; and

(3) All employees given keys to the property.

B. Each unit shall provide current copies of the lists in §A of this regulation to the chief law enforcement or security officer of that unit, or if the unit has none, to the Assistant Secretary for Facilities Operations and Maintenance of the Department of General Services.
